The website www.jurajewelry.com ("Website") is owed & operated by Diaset BV. Whenever we refer to “JURA Jewelry", “we” or "us" in these terms and conditions or elsewhere in this Website, we are referring to Diaset BV, Chamber of Commerce registration KVK:30184982 in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

These terms and conditions will apply to any purchase you make with JURA Jewelry.  You should carefully read these terms and conditions before you make any purchase.
As a consumer, you have rights given to you by law in relation to products you buy from us.  Your legal rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
This Website for consumers is located in The Netherlands. We only supply products through this Website for domestic and private use.  You agree not to use any products purchased through this Website for any commercial, business or resale purposes. 

We offer our Products world wide. Additional terms and conditions apply for purchases outside of European Union or purchases for resale purposes. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JURA Jewelry may change these terms and conditions from time to time. Each time you order products from this Website, your order will be governed by the terms and conditions posted on this Website at the time of your order. Please read these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
JURA Jewelry reserves the right to change the prices of products and services featured on this Website at any time, without notice. If you place an order online for a product or service, which we accept, you will be charged the price indicated on the 'Online Store' section of this Website at the time of your online order. All prices for our products and services shown on this Website are in EURO and are inclusive VAT. Prices do not include the cost of delivery, unless explicitly mentioned different. Details of our delivery charges can be found at "Shipping and Delivery”. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service for any of our customers outside of European Union.

After evaluating your order, an Invoice will be sent to you with payment instructions, within 24 hours. Our custom service might contact you for additional information by e-mail. We accept Payment by Wire Transfer and PayPal. The Payment details will be indicated on the Invoice that will be Issued after confirming your order.

An order placed will only be processed and shipped after all the information supplied is deemed verified and funds have been received into JURA Jewelry's account.

At this time we do not accept gift cards.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make unique jewelry and do not do mass produce. For that reason we do not keep stocks, as for the one very unique first model excluded. Most products and sizes are custom made to order!

Products described on this Website as “In Stock” are available while supply last.
JURA Jewelry will not guarantee that any particular product or service displayed on this Website will be available at any particular location, even if that location has been indicated as a source for that product or service. In the rare case in which an item may become unavailable after you have received confirmation of an order for it, JURA Jewelry will contact you, offering you the opportunity to order another item or to cancel your existing order. Any payments done, will be refunded.


The product images on this Website are representative and are not necessarily photographs of the actual product you will receive. While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the colouring, design, style, reference number, description and size of the products in the photographs displayed on the Website are representative of the original products, variations may occur. Because the actual colours and the representation you see on this Website will depend on your computer monitor and other technical factors, JURA Jewelry does not guarantee that the display of any products is accurate. JURA Jewelry reserves the right at any time to modify the products featured in the present selection. The Pictures are not always reproduced to exact size. The colours may differ from the original and the carat weight of the stones can vary.

MEASURING GUIDES
All measuring guides found in this Website are provided as a reference only.  You are responsible for determining the size of product that you wish to order. 

ORDERS
The 'Online Store' section of this Website will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Before you submit your order, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of each selected product, its colouring, and reference, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount payable for your order (including any delivery charges for your chosen delivery option). You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before submitting your order.  The summary page will allow you to identify and amend any errors in your order before you submit it. Most products can be fully customised to your wishes. Please request a quote by using the “QUOTE” option so that we can discuss your wishes in person.

Upon submission, you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be forwarded to JURA Jewelry for checking and processing. After you will receive an official Invoice with payment details. Please note that a contract of sale is made between you and us at the moment we send you an Invoice. 
Each Order Confirmation will include full details of your order, including the total price to be charged for the order, including taxes and delivery charges for your chosen delivery option. Please check the Order Confirmation very carefully. In the unlikely event that JURA Jewelry is not able to fulfil your order (for example, if the product selected is unavailable), JURA Jewelry will contact you by email and/or phone informing you and offering you the possibility to cancel or amend your order. Please note that once your custom order is processed, no cancelation is possible.
When your order is ready to ship you will receive by email a shipment notification with the tracking information for your package.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Areas of Delivery:
Only orders for delivery to addresses within the European Union will be forwarded to direct online Payment.  Most custom orders or orders outside of European Union will be forwarded to our customer service in order to be Invoiced. Shipping and Handling:
We offer free Delivery within European Union by DPD, UPS, DHL of Fed-Ex. Our goal is to process orders for in-stock merchandise within 5 business days of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your payment on our account to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time required for delivery. After shipping, your order should arrive within 3 working days.  Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.

All shipments require a signature by an adult (18 years old or older) on delivery. Upon signature by an adult confirming your acceptance of the product delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The courier may require the person who collects the package to show his/her ID. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the contract for sale by JURA Jewelry and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to JURA Jewelry. JURA Jewelry will try to contact you and to re-ship the package. Additional shipping fee will be charged in case of re-shipment. Shipping fee is as following;
For orders within the Netherlands, up to €2000,- this shipping fee is €15,-
For orders within the Netherlands, above €2000,- this shipping fee is €30,-
For order outside the Netherlands, within European Union, up to €2000,- this shipping fee is €30,-
For order outside the Netherlands, within European Union, above €2000,-, the shipping fee is €50,-

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please let us know and return any incorrect products to us in accordance with our exchange and returns policy.

Your legal right to cancel
As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel all or part of your contract for sale for any reason at any time up to 14 days after you receive the products you ordered.  Your legal right to cancel does not apply to products that have been engraved, personalised or made to order.
If you cancel your contract for sale we will refund you the price you paid excl. the shipping fee (see above) for the products within 14 days of the day on which we receive the products from you (or, if earlier, the day on which we receive proof that you have sent the products to us).  We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of any product caused by excessive handling of the product by you.

Your obligation to return products:
If any products have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract for sale, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel your contract for sale.  Please see the 'Exchange and returns' section for information on how to return products.

Exchange and returns
Please note that all online returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items should be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, certificates and packaging. Where an item is not returned in its original condition, we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned item caused by your excessive handling or use of the item (including, for example, any loss of or damage to the item, its presentation box or any certificate).
You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning products to us (except where you return a product that is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund to you the cost of return).

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment as JURA Jewelry will have no liability to you for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Please make sure you include your original sales invoice and all original packaging, certificates and other enclosures.

Refunds:
We will refund you on the credit or debit card used by you to pay.  If you paid by wire transfer, please contact us to arrange a refund.

Product exchange or returns:
Products purchased online through this website may not be returned (whether for refund or exchange) to a third party authorised reseller of JURA Jewelry products and visa versa.
Products purchased at our Retail Stores are contracted to terms & conditions to that specific Retail store. For any information, please contact your original point of sales.

Our liability to you
JURA Jewelry is under a legal duty to supply products that conform to the contract for sale between you and us.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.  These legal rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Further information about your legal rights in respect of products that are faulty or not as described is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

WARRANTY
JURA Jewelry is crafted with great care in our workshops and subjected to a series of rigorous tests.
Your JURA Jewelry is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase against any manufacturing defects under normal use, after such defects have been confirmed by our JURA Jewelry experts. This limited warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents or improper care or use. Please respect our Care Instructions below. Jewelry will be banned from warranty if it’s been edited, treated, tooled, adapted in any way or maintained by third party rather than the authorised JURA Jewelry expert.

CARE
Your JURA Jewelry is a precious and refined piece. By taking a few precautions in using and maintaining it, you will be able to preserve its original beauty over time.
Professional cleanings are recommended as frequently as once a year, depending on how often you wear your jewelry.

Between professional servicing, most gold and platinum jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure.
 
Consider removing your jewelry before going to sleep, gardening, practicing any sport, washing your hands or using corrosive products. Avoid contact with Fragrance, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia, chlorine and keep your pieces away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes.
 
Jewelry storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all JURA Jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.
 
Take care to protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Even a diamond can chip if hit with enough force or at just the right angle. If your jewelry suffers a shock or hit, the stone setting may need to be checked. Avoid forcing clasps, joints and metal frames and be sure to check that the clasp and safety latch close properly. If you have any concerns, you should not wear your jewel until you have had it checked by JURA Jewelry expert.


Certain basic precautions should be taken with all of your jewelry. However, some gemstones, as outlined in this section, require special care.

Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite and tourmaline are very delicate and easily abraded. Enamel can also chip or scratch when struck. Gemstones can scratch other gemstones and wear away at precious metals. Although, many stacking jewelry is offered, Please note that abrasion is unavoidable and always at own risk. Avoid contact with any chemical!
 
To clean diamonds, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush.
 
If worn often, pearls should be cleaned and restrung professionally once a year. Between cleanings, wipe pearls gently with a damp cloth. Avoid contact with any chemical!
 
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Our commitment is to provide you with the highest level of jewelry care services. JURA Jewelry will be delighted to offer you advice and services to personalise your jewels, restore them or simply preserve their beauty and longevity.

We recommend that you bring your JURA Jewelry annually to have them checked and restored to their original splendour. After a careful inspection of the jewel and based on its characteristics and conditions, our experts may recommend simple cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning or polishing, to remove superficial scratches and preserve its shine and longevity. For jewels in white gold, the polishing service includes rhodium plating, where applicable, to enhance the brilliance of the metal. Titanium might need to be anodises to recall the colour. Please note that such process is extremely sensitive and colour might slightly be different than the original. For each service performed, a professional quality inspection ensures that every stone is safely set and that functional parts, such as clasps and safety locks, work properly.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The Dutch courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, your commitment to JURA Jewelry, although We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of The Netherlands, Utrecht.
